Senior Leaders

RYLA District 7255 is unique in that it is one of the few districts that are youth led, and it is the committee of Senior Leaders who carry on the program year after year. A group of high school students who have climbed RYLA’s ladder of leadership roles to the top, the “SL’s” take on the responsibility of organizing and executing the many RYLA events that take place during the year.  In organizing activities at the seasonal RYLA Retreats, training selected facilitators, and orchestrating the Spring RYLA Conference every April, the Senior Leaders take charge in continuing the program and building up RYLA’s next generation of passionate leaders.
